What drills can I do to become a stronger better basketball player, not just offensive skills but off ball too

Like agility drills, speed and stamina drills and other inportant skills you need to become a great basketball player.

What drills can I do to become a stronger better basketball player, not just offensive skills but off ball too

Reply:agility drills,rebounding drills,wind sprints,dribbling exercises etc.
Reply:this is what i do: play twice weekly with a bunch of 6 foot tall kids (im 5'2 and about 3 years younger than all of them).
Reply:lots of running, builds cardio, stamina, this will be your essential workout, runnning in and out of cones, suicides(from line to line) also for ball control i used to walk around with the ball in the tips of my fingers pushing it back and forth, keep doing it until you only use the tips of your fingers. also practice shooting with one hand all the time, remember the other hand is just to hold the ball not shoot it

Reply:do a lot of runnig---get in really good shape and then when there is a defender on u u can run around like all the time and he'll get tired in like 2 quarters and then when u do get the ball you'll have a better chance of getting a better shot or oppertunity to score...........-----------............s... up cones in different formations and shift from one to another by shuffleing or sprinting or backpeddaling therefore you will be better at popping up to get the ball and get even faster on defense....---but work on all of this then you will be an allround better player cause you will get better chances to score and playing better defense will get you a better spot on the team.....
