What kind of exersize is best for increasing your stamina?

Running and stair stepping...or join the marines and hump the mtns of ahfganistan with 40lbs on your back

What kind of exersize is best for increasing your stamina?
Jogging
Reply:Any arobic exercise. A brisk walk every day will help allot.
Reply:I recommend high intensity interval training. HIT can consist of doing sprints for short periods of time. Rest in between. As you become more accustomed to the workout, decrease rest and/or increase intervals.
Reply:Some of my favorites are, running, rowing, bicycling.Swimming and aerobics are also good if you like being inside. Pretty much anything that gets your pulse really going, is good stamina building exercise.
Reply:runnign, and when u get tired, run faster- dont stop running until after you have ran while really tired for about 5-10 minutes
Reply:all cardeo that takes time like walking, swimming etc its a building process over time the longer you spend doing the excersize etc
