How do i skip effectively to improve my stamina and speed?
Does anyone have a sipping workout that i can follow?
Does skipping rope improve your stamina, speed and strength ?
100 both legs .... 50 one one leg for each leg
do this continuously up to about 1000, or 5 complete sets (both legs, right leg, left leg being one complete set)
if you feel comfortable enough do double jumps. if you havent before work your way to it. it requires a slightly higher amount of body control / coordination.
other than that look stuff up on the internet ofr jumprope exercises. there a lot of them out there
Reply:yeah definitely it inherently improves stamina. better cardio and leg muscles give speed and strength.
you should mix it up though and hit the gym, ride a bike, jog etc. so your body doesnt get too used to the exercise and your results will be better.
