How can I boost my weight and physical appearance?

I'm a kenyan aged 21 and I need to boost my weight and physical appearance(stamina) because I intend to play football upto professional level. Please help! my future is at stake.

Reply:When you say pro football do you mean soccer or american football?...if soccer then light full body weight training, good balanced diet, and exercise with football related drills such as running, sprinting, ball control, skills etc...add push ups and sit ups/crunches every 5-10 mins and train for an hour 5 days a week like the pros do for at least 2 hours...practice makes perfect - dedicate yourself and work hard and you can achieve anything - good luck
