I DON'T WANT TO GO OUTSIDE TO RUN ESPECIALLY IF IT IS RAINING. I don't want to go to a gym also.
How can I improve my stamina indoors?
Sometimes you've just got to get cold and wet! Treadmills are okay every now and then, but they'll destroy your running technique. If you've got access to a heated pool, try pool running (grab a floatation device like a 'pool noodle', get in the deep end and run!) - it sounds and looks strange, but a lot of athletes use pool running to keep fit through injury.
Reply:its raining, O'well, deal with it.
kids in places like Washington and Oregon practice and run on the track and the field everyday, and it constantly rains.
grow some hair on your nads
Reply:running in the rain is the best time to run, it keeps you cool and allows you to run for longer periods of time, everytime it rains in my town i grab my shoes and go for a run no matter what time it is, give it a try it is the best time to run but if you insist on running inside you will experience bad knees from running on hard tile floors like in a school also weak ankles could occur try a treadmill or join a gym and go for a swim, swimming is a must for improving stamina
Reply:omg dont listen to anyone telling you to swim
sure it will help but it is hell. swimming is so hard i would know ive been swimming since i was 7 and went down state so i know what training is all about. it sucks dont do it. lift weights do jumping jacks play ddr w/e. you can swim sure, just dont get crazy about it its going to be a pain in the glutes
Reply:Play DDR(Dance Dance Revolution).
It really helps. It got my mile down 30 seconds.
Reply:If you have a treadmill or stairs in your home you could easily do a 30 minute workout on either.
