How do I increase my stamina?

I walk about 5km every day and cycle for 20 minutes. What else can I do?

How do I increase my stamina?
Keep gradually increasing the intensity and time for both. And, begin meditating regularly, along with getting involved in a chi kung type program--tai chi, yoga, etc.



All helped me very much in my martial arts activities. And, don't underestimate the value of the meditation, chi kung, etc. Good luck :))
Reply:you train by slaying beasts with your weapons until you level up, then use the new skill points to raise your stamina and health.

Reply:The more you do the more your stamina will increase.go longer you will see keep increases and do not stay at the same time or distance for more than a month. go forward
