How to be a better midfielder/offensive midfielder?

My stamina runs out quickly and not because I am overweight. I am 5'5 and around 105 pounds. What can I do (excersizes,etc..) to help me become a better offensive midfielder and to have better stamina?

i'm also a midfielder, center midfield. we do the most running and we'reall over the place! what you can do to get up your stamina is to jog every day. it's that simple. you will definitely notice a difference!
Reply:just take short runs everyday it will make a huge differnce. also drinkung plenty of water.
