im looking for a work out routine i can use once a day or once every two days that doesnt require the use of any sort of weights but focuses more on sit ups, push-ups and those sorts of work outs. i want it to lean more towards muscle building as apposed to stamina. any help is appreciated.

Reply:What I do using those exercises is the 300 Spartan Workout. Although, I have weights you can always do the same exercises without the weights.
The video for all the exercises are enclosed. And trust me, it's really intense with or without weights.
I would skip the lats pull downs, since most people don't have that machine. Otherwise, do all the exercises in the video.
